Edit below. Edit 2 below. Lamps delivered March 12, 2021. Installed same day. The first two photos are right after installation. Everything worked great and the light was great. The next day, the passengers' halos faded and became unresponsive to the remote control and app. The next day, both sides stopped responding. I contacted Xprite support and after a few emails and texts they sent me a new controller (Figure 7). The controller that came with my headlights has four output wires (Figure 6). One output wire per headlight and fog light. The new controller has only two output wires for headlights or fog lights. I contacted support again. More than 24 hours have passed with no response, confirmation or anything. I am disappointed with their products that do not live up to their expected lifespan. I am disappointed in their poor customer service. I will request a refund through Revain. Please guys DO NOT make my mistake and buy cheap flashlights. EDIT 1: I was contacted by the Xprite Revain store manager after my review was posted. He suggested sending the correct controller. Well, guess what fam? He sent the wrong one again. Apparently he didn't bother to watch the video. EDIT 2: Finally got the correct wiring harness/controller from customer service. It was the third try. It was installed for three days during this update. So far no problems. This situation could have been resolved a few weeks ago with very few issues if customer service had just listened to me as to what part I needed. I have updated my review from one star to three stars and changed the title.
