This product helped me a lot during my pregnancy! I used it almost daily during my second and third trimesters to help with back pain and ligament pain. I'm a preschool teacher so I was constantly getting up and chasing the little ones so it was badly needed! I definitely noticed a difference on days I forgot to put it on. My only complaint is that the material/velcro straps irritated my skin at times. I tried wearing it like the picture but when it came in contact with my skin my skin got irritated. I have sensitive skin and was pregnant during an unusually hot summer, so that might have affected things as well. After constant use during pregnancy, it is still in good condition, but shows signs of wear.
