I started a new aquarium 2 weeks ago, let it run for about a week and added some fish last week. I noticed that the water was clear but slightly cloudy. So I decided to try this product. It is said that 1 bottle cap (5 ml) is added to 10 gallons of water. I have a 60 liter aquarium. In the morning I just poured 2 caps into the tank to see how it worked. I came back around 4pm and saw that two of my angelfish were dead! Others (Molly, Gourami and 2 other angels) are fine! What can I say about this: when I used the product the pH of the water changed (it lowered the pH) so fish that are more "fragile" are affected. But luckily I only used a small amount. But the water is less cloudy. I think the product works, but we have to be careful and be prepared for pH changes (have a pH test kit nearby).
