The best thing about this program is that you can use it anywhere! I like how customizable the app is. It's easy to figure out what needs to be done with each task or event. There are some things in the system that could really benefit from an upgrade (such as adding more fields/sections). If your business has many employees that work remotely, this tool will help keep everything organized so everyone knows where they need to go next. We love using this at my job because we don't have to worry about forgetting anything when someone leaves for vacation or gets sick.
