Almost bought it because of the low reviews but I'm so happy I did! Such a great price even though the plastic doesn't match the color in the photos. I also have no problem with the plastic cable tearing. I found it weird when the roller didn't move, so I loosened the thumbscrew on the right side, which easily solved my problem. For those wondering if it's cheap, try loosening this screw so it can be rolled easily. You're probably pulling too hard, causing it to break. I bought EZ anchors that hold 75 pounds each to install this only $9 for a pack of 20 or $3 for a pack of 4. I only needed 4 as one side sits on a stud (yes! ) And I only used screws for this side.
