The chain snapped trying to assemble and disassemble the parts, but it's cheap plastic so I expected that. What I didn't expect was that it wouldn't roll up with the chain. The insert simply rotates in the tube. I've tried to expand the stakes as much as possible. However, I didn't have a 2" hose, but a 3" hose, which may be the reason. Also, finding the right 2" tube gets incredibly expensive, so be prepared. PVC bends, so I wouldn't recommend it.

attachment received on 04/05/2021 with long strand of hair. I bought a new item and obviously got a used one. Also, 2 out of 4 weights are missing 2 out of 4 screws. The included silver bolts fell out immediately when I removed the mount due to the pocket tearing at the bottom. This product is from this seller and already smells like used goods. So far I cannot judge the effectiveness of the product. If I fix this issue I may report back with an update.

Hanger/Roller is a decent quality tool, especially for lighter use. I'd recommend moving slowly while pulling the paper up and down as it's mostly plastic. The instructions - what little there is - are terrible. They're clearly a bad translation and almost entirely useless (including something about choking gears). Almost bought it because of the low reviews but I'm so happy I did! Such a great price even though the plastic doesn't match the color in the photos. I also have no problem with the plastic cable tearing. I found it weird when the roller didn't move, so I loosened the thumbscrew on the right side, which easily solved my problem.
