My 22 lb Pomsky loves this car seat. I needed something that would elevate him high enough for him to see through the windows of my SUV, and this car seat helped. He actually enjoys sitting in it and I'm glad I know he's safe and not trying to get on my lap. This is the perfect size for the bucket seats in my Traverse. It also has 2 harness clips that you can use for your pup's harness. I find the straps a little short to allow my dog to sit and lie comfortably in the seat, so I use the harness clips I previously purchased and the hook from the ones in my harness clip. They work great and my dog doesn't try to get out of the car seat.
