Does it work? Yes. However, I got this to connect a 92mm fan to a water-cooled 1080ti. It connected right away and the fan reported the RPM, but now that the card is so cold it never tries to increase the fan RPM, making this thing pointless. It's very well made and I'm sure it will work great for such applications. like the Morpheus cooler that uses traditional fans.
