I got this bag a bit ago and really like it. Upon arrival it was missing one of the hand bag straps, but after contacting the seller they worked with me to send the missing straps from their warehouse which finally arrived. I've mostly used the backpack straps and they feel like a decent quality. The bag is large enough to hold my usual items. The pocket in the front for the display is a thin fabric, but I make inserts for my ita bags anyway and the pocket holds it in place and out of the way nicely. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.
