The interface is very user friendly, allowing me as an employee not only keep up with my own equipment but also those of other employees that are spread out geographically or even in different time zones! I have no complaints so far from this product however there may be some features users would like added such has being able for our fleet managers office hours/schedules etc., we can add these additional fields easily enough which helps us get info where needed at times when they're available instead just having it all come through email after workhours (which was what used happen before).
It's been great keeping track down here during working days rather than over night emails about issues coming into play while offsite due too lackings parts availability ect..
