The tape wouldn't come off and it was collecting vinyl

I couldn't remove the tape so I cut it into pieces and tried. The tape left marks on the vinyl and some parts of my design ripped off. I also prefer clear tape to help with vinyl layering. This tape is not transparent. I don't need grid lines so that's ok. I can honestly say that I have never suffered so much from a transfer tape.
