The best thing about this software is that it provides me with all of my customer information in one place so I don't have to search through different databases or email accounts to find what I'm looking for.

Sometimes when there are multiple people using the same computer at once they might not be able to log into their account which makes finding some things difficult. It's easy to use and very useful if you're working from home because everything is right where you need it! This helps keep track of our customers' data and allows us to communicate effectively with them.
