I would not give them any stars if I could claim from the ad shown that they are glass safe. I have just received them. Thinking I should have gotten two pairs and only gotten one pair, I decided to try these and the cut resistant part. Used a office knife inside and made an incision on the glove. And while the utility knife didn't hit or cut me, I could still pierce my palm when using the tip. I didn't use too much force but I'm sure I could cut myself. I thought they would be a great replacement for the gloves I use for handling raw cut glass at work, but I don't think so. Unfortunately, they are used in the garden or around the house.
