Review on Muskoka Curved Front Mount Fireplace Black by Chris Scalia

We bought one of these fireplaces as a gift for our son and his wife a few years ago. They love the way it looks and also how well it heats their family room. We decided to stop using our wood-burning fireplace due to pollution and couldn't even use it on the nights we needed it the most because those nights were always "no-burn nights". So we ordered one of these fireplaces to use in our wood-burning fireplace. Although it's not installed yet, we tried it and it works fine. However, when it arrived it came with a damaged non-working remote control. This damage did not occur during shipping as the packaging was in excellent condition. We tried to figure out how to swap out just the remote control with Revain, but it turned out we had to return the entire fireplace. We didn't want that, we just wanted to replace the defective remote control. I contacted Muskoka and explained what was wrong and also sent photos of the apparently damaged remote. Your customer service was great! About a week later we had a new remote control!
