I use this in a Panasonic 1250W Inverter Microwave at power level 7 (about 900W), 1/4 cup fresh popcorn, for 2 1/2 minutes. I stop when the claps are less than 3 claps per second. Usually about 2 minutes 20 seconds. No burning and only a dozen or so intact cores. I pop open the popcorn quickly to let off steam so the popcorn doesn't get soggy. The result is a very crispy delicious popcorn.
