It used to be great, but not anymore.
I liked the previous carote pans but they got really worse with the new ones. The handles are no longer real wood but have been replaced with imitation wood which is hot to the touch unlike the original wood. A classic example of a once great product moving production to China and destroying its brand in the process. I also ordered a large 6 liter pot and it arrived warped and the lid didn't fit and I had to send it back.
