I love this air filter. I moved to Arizona in the desert and there's a lot of dust there. I never had allergies until I moved here. I became so sick that I could not breathe properly and it was very uncomfortable for me to sleep. After a little research I came across this air purifier and now it works 24/7. It made a big difference. These filters are very easy to install. You simply open the front, pull out the old filters by grabbing the fabric tabs, grab the new filters and insert them correctly using the arrows, close the lid and you're done. I once had to reset the air filter because he told me to change the filters after I just did it. I forgot the steps but I quickly googled and it only took a few seconds to reset the sensors. I have a fairly large bedroom and have no problem filtering the entire room, even in quiet environments. You can extend the life of these filters by up to a year, especially if you remove them every few months and blow them out with an air compressor or canned air if you don't have one. The thin blue filter can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, don't soak, I did that before realizing he said wiping it didn't ruin the filter but I had to wait for it to dry completely. I gave 4 stars because of the price, if they were a bit cheaper it would be 5 stars for sure, you really get a quality product and great customer service with Oransi.
