I have 2 of these monitors, one is 3 years old. old and big. the other is less than 1 year old and has developed multiple horizontal black lines and one vertical blue line. Complained 3 times under warranty. Twice I was told that the request was "somehow deleted". I eventually received a return label with instructions that any damage caused by poor packaging was my fault. I chose to live with the lines. Then, 2 weeks after the label was shipped, I received an empty box to ship the monitor to . I did not ask and was not told I would receive a shipping box. I decided to send it. The workshop is located in California. and I'm in Virginia. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still without a monitor and they told me "parts to order". I will NEVER, EVER buy an LG product again.
