Designed for Minecraft character hands but works pretty well.

This works fine with my 3C hair. You need a moisturizing product and your hair needs to be damp or damp to use. I bought this for my kids due to tangles, "discomfort" and crying. I used to use a Johnson and Johnson detangler which worked like magic but I fear using it too often due to lengthening. It works great, not the holy grail, and requires a bit of dragging, but is still better than using a flat brush. The grip is weird. I don't know who decided that women (and men) like washing dishes, cooking food, lifting kids, removing slime and playing doh, and then they want to get their hands on it and have to figure out how to hold it. You kind of have to palm it depending on what section of hair you're holding on your head. I really want to think it's a slick ergonomic design, but it just isn't comfortable. Hands don't hurt after use, but uncomfortable to hold. It flexes a little, but enough to untangle tangles. It's difficult to clean as dust and other debris collects on the underside of the bristles, but I get a vigorous scrub with soapy water and that should do the trick. However, hair can easily be removed by brushing. The bristles are plastic, so be careful how hard you press when brushing your scalp. it will scratch you. Overall I would recommend this to others but everyone is different so I don't know how well it works on different hair or how willing anyone is to learn how to use it. I just wish the stylus was designed for real hands and not hands with Minecraft characters.
