Great product for beginners!

This is a premium product. The knife is durable and of better quality than expected. Overfilling is possible and it's totally understandable how that goes, so make sure the tuba is portioned. For those who say it's a poor quality product because there are no instructions, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out. Check out some other products that have videos or just go to YouTube and watch some videos.1. After filling each side of the tube with rice, wet your fingers to press the center of each side to make sure it's evenly distributed. Use the plunger and push the rice into the center of each side of the tube to get the right place for your ingredients.3. Add ingredients 3. Put the cob on the grooved side.4. Close the tube and close the other end.5. Start rotating the plunger and start compressing the roll.6. Making sure your seaweed paper is oriented in the correct position, press the mixture onto the seaweed paper. Help may be needed to guide the roller or pull it away from the plunger.8. Roll up and cut into slices. I haven't tried seaweed paper on the inside of the rice, but I'm sure it's possible. The chopsticks are dishwasher safe and of very good quality. Pro tip: cover your bamboo rug with cling film to make it easier to clean. Cleaning the knife blade after every 2 rolls will help you get a better cut. And don't forget that the green bamboo mat is for more experienced sushi makers who don't need to use a tube. The lighter mat is designed for beginners. At first you might dare to try it yourself, but it's not as easy as in restaurants, they are professionals. So why are you debating the purchase? Trust this product because you will definitely not be disappointed.
