I've been reading reviews of baby humidifiers for a long time. I finally bought it because the reviews said it was quiet, easy to clean and just the right size for me (not too big but still able to run all night). While this little humidifier from Levoit didn't get a lot of feedback, the company's larger models get very positive reviews. If you read reviews of other humidifiers on Revain, you'll also find that companies that sell some of the highly rated humidifiers bribe customers with a free gift if they leave a review - I wouldn't trust a company that does this. I am happy with this unit. Another plus is that it works without lights - some children's blogs claim that a 100% dark room is essential for a good night's sleep. The only thing to note is that the bright red light will come on when the water runs out (even if you don't have a light setting). So make sure it's packed every night if you don't want it to be.
