Update: I ordered a new one and was replaced flawlessly.thanks!Timely and nice board. not sure what to do here. One of the nuts was missing from the board, then found in the bottom of the box as we started recycling everything. Obviously i grabbed the tools and tried to apply it and unfortunately it just kept spinning - like someone cross-threaded it. Now i'm not sure what to do -- return because of one small bolt? I guess returning it and getting a new one unless manufacturer can send a replacement bolt and screw. Will change review rating with update upon resolution and report back the experience.
