So slow. I had to go back.
While I'm grateful I was able to return it and get a refund with no problems, the laptop itself was Terrible AFโข even though it was brand new. Even when setting it up for the first time, it was so slow and frustrating to use that it felt like it was made in the 90's! -10/10 NOT recommend. Also, we have a very good internet connection, so yes. The laptop is still slow. LMAO!
