Frightened PS who died in the first month hoping the second would be better.

Okay third addition to this review. My first power supply worked great for the first few weeks. It seems to be slipping out or being pushed out of the nest, I'm not sure what's going on. But my first PS started dying in my first month. At first I thought PS had damaged the connector on the laptop because it would cut power if I didn't push or pull the connector in some way. I just received the replacement I sent and it seems to be working fine. But I'll have to wait and see if he starts dying after the first month. If it succeeds, I'll increase it by one or two stars. Overall the power adapter itself seems solid and well made, my only concern is the power plug on the side of the PS laptop. When my AC adapter died for my Acer Predator P315-51, I was horrified to receive a $100 bill for a new AC adapter. Then I found this beauty! A single claim is as follows. The plug that fits the laptop seems to be slightly larger than the original, so it keeps popping out or slipping out of the socket. Periodically my laptop beeps to let me know PS has been disabled and I have battery back. I just press the plug that slipped out a bit and it works again! This is more of an annoyance than a problem. That complaint aside, the power supply is great, feels solid, and seems to dissipate heat well. The extra long cord is a great feature, the wire is a good solid gauge and feels sturdy. The cable to the wall also has a good gauge and seems stable.
