I usually don't like wearing my hair because it gives me a headache. I've tried many different types of hair ties and these are the only ones that don't give me a headache, both for everyday use and for workouts. I was concerned that they would look too scrunchie-like due to their thickness, but I didn't think they stood out at all. Thanks to them, all my ponytails didn't fall off or unravel no matter my hair was curly or straight. I'm training for a marathon and have found that this scrunchie keeps my hair in place and doesn't give me a headache in all the 17 miles I've run so far. I can't go back to regular hair ties! (My hair is medium thick with layers)
