I like how easy it was to use with my small business needs in mind! There are some great tools within catdv which makes for an excellent user experience all around!! The software has helped our team keep track from day one as well make sure we get everything set up correctly before going live online or making any changes at anytime after launch/launch date (it's always good practice).

It could be more friendly towards smaller businesses but there aren't many things you have control over when using this platform so not much else really matters unless your looking into changing other aspects such as pricing options etc.. Overall its been pretty satisfactory working together through every step thus far including getting started by setting us back straight away once launched without having issues since then either :).
