This was exactly what I was looking for and they did a great job. They are very thin so you need to look carefully to make sure you separate them all. I received the exact number that is stated on the package. You also need to work slowly so the panes don't slip when you place the glass top on the furniture. The disks appear to "magnetize" (like static electricity) and shift. Someone wrote that they are very thin and don't protect like other furniture "cushions". But that is not the purpose of this type of surface protection. According to my furniture mechanic they are used to separate a sheet of glass or other item/item from the top of your furniture and you want them to be thin and you don't need thicker bumper pads or glue for that. You need "delimiter". That's it. They "separate" the glass from the countertop. Ideal.
