I would give four and a half stars but there doesn't seem to be a system for it. I have a size 11 foot and it covers my toes and heels but without a sock over it it just doesn't hold fully and still slips off sometimes at night. that's the biggest problem with it. Make sure you clip your toenails or you'll cut through the soft silicone which I almost completely cut through before realizing what was going on. It's definitely not a product to walk in, it's a product to sit or sleep in. And in general I have used them with 12% ammonium lactate cream and I have used them 4 times so far. I have very scaly cracks on my feet when I can't take care of them and they become very painful. When I found out about their use and have been using them ever since, after one use at night my feet looked almost like normal feet and the cracks on the heels and sides of my feet were almost completely gone. obviously they still have to heal, but this allows the process to be very quick. The only reason I can't give them the full five stars is that they slip off very easily, but I have a big foot so if you have a small foot you probably won't have a problem.
