Review on Coyaho by Bob Ramthun

My time spent with Coyaho was, regrettably, not quite as enjoyable as I had hoped. Despite the fact that the website is simple to access and has an impressive assortment of supplies for arts and crafts, the quality of the things that I purchased was less than satisfactory. Beading supplies that I had purchased did not arrive in good shape; several of the beads were already chipped or damaged when they were delivered. My request for assistance from the customer service team was received with responses that were not helpful, and the problem that I was having took a long time to be resolved. In addition, the process of shipping was extremely sluggish and ineffective. My order did not arrive until much later than I had anticipated, and I was not given any tracking information so that I could monitor its progress toward completion of delivery. In general, I would not advise anyone to shop at Coyaho if they are searching for trustworthy delivery and customer service, as well as high-quality arts and crafts products. An unhappy buying experience can be had here despite the fact that the website may be simple to use and the selection may be extensive; nonetheless, neither the attention to detail nor the customer service are very good.
