Review on MediTac by Tom Plowman

MediTac experience was disappointing

I was eager to check out MediTac's online shop because I place a high value on emergency preparedness. My interactions with the business, however, were generally disappointing. Despite having a slick and user-friendly website, I was disappointed by the small number of goods they offered. Their collection of first aid and survival gear was limited due to their emphasis on health and household supplies. Furthermore, their prices were more expensive than those I discovered at other web retailers. In addition, I had a problem with the item I ordered, and when I called customer support, I got a rude and dismissive response. The representative did not want to hear about my worries and did not provide any answers. My overall MediTac encounter was disappointing. While their blog area may contain some helpful resources, their limited product selection, exorbitant prices, and subpar customer service make them an unattractive choice for emergency preparedness. Anyone searching for a trustworthy and client-focused online store for emergency preparedness supplies should avoid MediTac, in my opinion.

Pros
  • Exceptional customer support.
Cons
  • There are no brick-and-mortar stores where customers can purchase in person.
