I love that they are able to offer multiple shipping options, as well with their own branded boxes for some of our products! It's super easy using this platform when you have any questions or need help during your order process - just shoot them an email at support@xshipboxsolutions!! They're always quick in responding back too me via phone call/email whenever needed :) Great customer service & great product. No complaints here so far :). We use x-Ship Box Solutions (XSB) primarily because it allows us full control over how we ship orders from one place across all platforms like Shopify / Amazon etc., without having extra services set up such as USPS Priority Mail which is costly per box shipped by other carriers if not included within carrier rates already offered through these providers e.g.: Fedex Ground rate $9+per unit + fees = total cost around ~$20-$30 each time compared wtih what typically costs between.
