I liked how easy it was to put together. I initially liked that it had metal attachments for attaching mattresses, but I couldn't use them. My mattresses overlap the frame about 1" on each side (yes, I tried flipping the mattresses but then they overhung about 3" each at the top and bottom. That's fine. I have rolls of non-slip drawer mats Bought that you put your cutlery tray under the mattresses and the beds stay in place. There is enough room underneath to store up to 12-14" tall (or shorter) trash cans.
