based on my observations, this backpack is not worth the money. The zippers are flimsy and break easily. The shoulder straps are uncomfortable and dig into my skin after extended use .The only positive is the colorful design. However the luggage compartment is too small and cannot fit my laptop comfortably. Overall, I do not recommend this backpack for anyone in need of a durable and practical laptop backpack..
