I moved to Georgia from Florida in the fall, so it was my first real winter. I've had chapped, dry lips all winter. but used EOS and it seemed to hydrate her and it went away every now and then. Recently, in warm weather, my lips were incredibly dry and chapped. worse than all winter! Then I caught a cold and my lips cracked even more and between the edges. No matter how much I drank water and used EOS, they were so painful and gross. After 2 weeks I bought and ordered Blistex Medicated Lip Balm. I used the Blistex I got from Walmart for 2 days and stopped when they arrived. My lips are back to normal! I love this lip balm because it is smooth, long lasting and easy on the lips. Even though my lips have healed, I apply this when I feel like they're getting dry. The smell and taste are unpleasant, but the result is worth it.
