
This pan is light weight (as compare to regular bunt pan). Easy to fill with batter. I put a sheet pan under it for support when baking. When the cake was done, I let it cool for about 20 minutes in the pan. Pulled sides away from the top and middle. Waited another 20 minutes and inverted it on a plate. It came out PERFECTLY and was a dream to clean.
