Has an internal rechargeable battery that will fail

Our company forces us to use them for cybersecurity compliance. We go through dozens of them. These drives have a rechargeable battery that will kill you once it runs out. You won't get any sign of life from him. If you're lucky and the battery runs out of charge, you'll have to plug it into the USB port for power, although the instructions say not to enter the key every time the drive is plugged in. This will work until he eventually dies without warning. Kind of kills the idea of having a reliable secure flash drive. And it's not cheap!
