No jitters Caffeine
True no jitters which I like. Which also means I've never felt "pumped" or energized. It doesn't upset my stomach, the flavor is very strong so I double the amount of water, it's still the best pre-workout flavor I've found. Not a huge difference in my performance, I mostly used it as caffeine to get me through the last half of my workday.
