This product has been used a total of about 5 weeks, is there a box longer than this and after only five weeks of use I get error code 10 or something and I can't reset it, if I do this immediately the code comes off again with all the metal underneath that is red hot and glowing and looks awful to order this no doubt not in my money or ship me the product I woke up. Help
