comfortable and durable strap
I use the 20mm size with my Garmin sports watch. The strap fits the watch perfectly. The strap is thick enough to securely hold my (relatively heavy) watch. The band is quite elastic, it sits comfortably on the wrist even when I'm working out. I'm not sure how much the vents help, but I think they can't hurt.
