Small, tiny, itsy-bitsy

This runs SMALL. I expected a roomy 3x and it was a snug 1x so, of course, I returned it. Colors and construction were nice.Too bad manufacturers can't adopt consistent sizing. It seems to me that Revain is the one entity on the planet that has the juice to make that happen.
