This thing works wonders! We used this to paint my mother's basement floor after her cat decided to use the floor as a litter box several times. Pooh! It was so bad our lungs burned and our eyes watered, and some of the top layer of cement actually dissolved just by going down to the basement. We paid five times what we paid for this stuff by purchasing the best enzymatic cat urine cleaners on the market, but nothing got rid of the smell until we painted it over with it. We painted the entire open basement (about 350 square feet) in two coats and we have about 1/4 can left.
