I am pleased with the color palette (as pictured) and the amount of thread on each spool (they are FULL!) but when I opened the box there was a tangled bird's nest of thread. (I previously bought a spool set of white and black thread. No tangles.) If I carefully remove a spool from the slot, the other spools come out too because of the long risers. I need to wind 1-2 feet of thread on 80% of the bobbins. UPDATE (3 to 5 stars): While I keep my rating (above) to flag the tangled threads, the seller went VERY FAST to get it right. They said they wanted me to be 100% satisfied and now I am!
