Great set of bobbin threads, great customer service!

I am pleased with the color palette (as pictured) and the amount of thread on each spool (they are FULL!) but when I opened the box there was a tangled bird's nest of thread. (I previously bought a spool set of white and black thread. No tangles.) If I carefully remove a spool from the slot, the other spools come out too because of the long risers. That's why I was looking; I wound a bobbin myself on my new machine and was disappointed with how quickly the bobbin ran out (it didn't fill the bobbin like it did on my previous machine). Constantly changing roles in the middle of small projects won't make me a happy camper. This prompted me to contact…
