Review on Simple Joys Carters Receiving Blankets Kids' Home Store by Amy Moore

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Cute and useful, best in linens

I have about a million burp cloths (or receiving blankets, sheets, drool rags, whatever you want to call them) that vary slightly in quality, size, thickness, etc. I have seen several reviews complaining that they are cheap and end up being used like rags. I don't know what these reviewers were expecting. These are not "blankets" in the traditional sense, they are similar to hospital receiving blankets used for swaddling and saliva cleaning. We don't use them for swaddling because we're not good at it, we only use velcro diapers. Although you certainly could. We are used to spitting, laying out bottle and pump supplies and the like, laying the baby on surfaces when needed, covering them up when in a car seat, during feedings or at an appointment, etc. The list goes on and on. and we move on. about a dozen a day. These are just a little softer, stronger and bigger than a lot of the others we have. And they are super cute too. And you get seven of them! Excellent purchase.
