I love that you can create your own workflows or import existing ones from other applications. It's very easy to make changes to a workflow and have it update automatically with no additional effort required. There are some things I don't like about basic integration. For example, if you send an email to one person in a list, and then send another email to another person in the same list, there is no way to set up "if this person is also in my list". So sometimes you have to go back into the main application to see who is in your lists. This is not something we are currently looking at changing. However, I am sure there are ways to address this limitation.
