The user interface is not very user friendly for people who are new users to payroll software, so it can be difficult at first glance (for customers as well). If you're looking for a simple payroll solution for small businesses with a budget of under $100k/year, this might be what your looking for. We've been able to reduce our employee time sheets by 70% from using this software versus traditional pen paper method. It is very easy to use,it's very user friendly,the support team are always ready to help if you need assistance with anything that they can easily do it for your business.It has helped our payroll department immensely in being able to process employees paychecks quickly. The interface is not as intuitive at other programs we have used before but their support team works hard to get things up and running smoothly!
