I like that it is easy to use, has many options for customization of reports/views etc., payroll can be very time-consuming if you don't have experience with this type software - however areteamployer makes things simple! The user interface is not very user friendly for people who are new users to payroll software, so it can be difficult at first glance (for customers as well). The best part is it's very fast to use, easy to learn and you can customize so much with this platform. The ability to create employee forms and paychecks, as well as track employee information without a lot of manual input. The reporting features are not very user friendly, but there are some good reports available if you know how to use them. I do not like that it is a web-based system, so all my data has to be stored online. There is no way to have an offline version.
