Very user friendly & quick implementation
The best part is it's very fast to use, easy to learn and you can customize so much with this platform.
It would be nice if they included more options for customization of screens within the system such as adding additional fields that are needed but not there yet. Have been able to automate most payroll functions using their API services which saves time. We have also saved a lot of paper by having all our employees paychecks printed in one place instead of printing out every paycheck individually from each employee.
Pros
- I like how user friendly everything about ARETEHRM&PAYROLLis.and we've used other systems before at my current job where things get confusing real quick! And i think its pretty simple once u start learning what buttons do exactly..its really straightforward when reading through instructions online or downloading manuals etc..also love being connected via wifi connection
