The ability to create employee forms and paychecks, as well as track employee information without a lot of manual input. The reporting features are not very user friendly, but there are some good reports available if you know how to use them. I do not like that it is a web-based system, so all my data has to be stored online. There is no way to have an offline version. It can be cumbersome for employees who work remotely or in different time zones. Arete makes it easy to keep up with payroll and other financial obligations.
