Review on Arete HRMS & Payroll by Jacob Rasmussen

The ability to easily see payroll information for all employees, as well as time off requests is one of my favorite things about this application! It's also very easy to use - I have no issues with it at all (it works great!). There are some other applications that can be used in place, but they don't work nearly as good or offer enough features compared to what we're looking for here. We've been able to keep track of employee hours more effectively using Arete than our previous system did before them so far, which has helped us save money on labor costs by having fewer mistakes made when scheduling people into shifts.
